Explore the dynamics of community tensions and group conflict, including those involving gangs and cultural clashes. 
- What is possible when enforcement approaches are inappropriate?
- How do ‘beneath the surface' issues such as historical / social context and cultural norms impact on local conflicts?
- Useful analysis tools and intervention approaches, theory and practice reflection, strategy design and evaluation.
